Side two: the transportation of girls, via rescue homes, from brothels to the JRM compound; the ill health and religious conversion of the girls; the miraculous recovery of one child (Kiyoi) from diptheria and their later friendship; reflections on suffering and acceptance; the story of Sayako San and her attempted suicide and death; praying in Japanese.
