Summary: File containing loose black and white photographic prints of artworks and antiques in the collection of Irene Dreyfus and Ruth Dreyfus. Photographs include images of Chinese porcelain, ritual bronzes, lacquer work, bamboo carvings, horn carvings, along with a small number of images of Thai (Sawankalok), Persian and Roman ceramics. Prints mostly uncaptioned. Some prints include annotations on reverse side by Ruth Dreyfus giving catalogue numbers, provenance and the location of objects in Dreyfus's flat. Photographic studios include: Cowdery & Moss Ltd (London), Nigel Woollacot (Sidcup), as well prints by the Sackler Collection (New York) and the dealer C. T. Loo (Paris). Some prints include studio negative references on reverse-side. The file also contains loose pages from a handwritten catalogue to the Dreyfus Collection by Ruth Dreyfus, some with accompanying prints; as well as a note from the C. T. Loo dealership providing descriptive information about a pair of Chinese famille rose female porcelain figurines.
