Admin history: The Presbyteries of the Presbyterian Church of England consisted of Berwick, Birmingham, Carlisle, Durham, Liverpool, LOndon North, LOndon South, Manchester, Newcastle, South Coast, Yorkshire. According to the PCE's home organisation plan ( Blue Book for 1921, p. 820) each Presbytery was recommended "To appoint a Committee on Foreign Missions of which the Correspondent shall be Convener with power to associate men or women from each Congregation, not necessarily members of Presbytery or Office-bearers."
