Extent: |

Note: |
"These notes were assembled not as an authoritative account of the interviews, but as a working tool as I put together the radio series. They were often written in some haste, and using some non-standard abbreviations. The transcripts should be used as an indication of the contents of the tapes and note as a definitive record", Andrew Whitehead, 1998. |
