Admin history: Kewal R. Malkani was born in Hyderabad, Sindh in 1921. He joined Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in 1941. In January 1948 he crossed over to Delhi. He was editor of the RSS newspaper the 'Organiser' and later 'Panchjanya'. He wrote Muhammad Ali Jinnah's obituary in the 'Hindustan Times'. He was a newspaper editor and author of historical works, including 'The Sindh Story' in 1984.
