Landscape in the Apatani valley
Here we see the outskirts of Hapoli, the administrative centre of the Apatani valley built in the 1960s and later : Electricity wires and a few government buildings are seen on the right, along the road that runs through the valley : the paddy fields were soon built upon as the town expanded.
