Summary: These two young Apatani men, standing in a dry paddy field, are from the Apatani village of Michi Bamin : they both have the traditional male tattoo mark on the chin : Both also wear the traditional hair style knot with skewers, string of metal beads on the hair line, woven cotton and wool shawl, cane belt and cloth penis cover : the man on the left wears the traditional bands of cane below the knee and has an unusual decoration a metal key, two rows of ceramic beads and a pair of jungle cat teeth, hanging from one of the skewers in his hair.
