Journal of John Orsmond, March 1832 - February 1833, describing his new station at Taiarabu, his missionary activities and various discussions amongst the missionaries relating to the Quarterly Meetings. He also mentions the publication of Mr Beechey's account of his visit to Tahiti, and the visit of the American missionaries Messrs Whitney, Tinker and Abercrombie. Also records the events leading up to a war at Tahiti which forced him to evacuate his station.
