This includes draft of the official "Memorandum on the Proposed School of Oriental Studies in London Submitted by the Earl of Cromer, Chairman of the Oriental Studies Committee", which was to be distributed to various City firms by Sir Montagu Turner, Chairman of the City Executive Committee.
