In addition to the Philips Building, this series includes a file of drawings depicting all levels of the university for the possible adaption of the existing link to the main building.
Some drawings in this file are stamped, 'This is one of the drawings referred to in the contract dated 6th February 1970' and are signed by Higgs and Hill Limited (building contractors) and J. R. Bracken (Secretary of SOAS). These are referred to as stamped contract drawings in item-level descriptions. Descriptions also indicate whether there are unstamped copies, or copies with a faint 'preliminary' marking.
