The remit of SOAS's Library Committee was to provide informed advice to Academic Board on library policies, and to advise the Librarian on matters relating to the general management of the Library. The Library Committee had advisory sub-committees which provided advice to the Library Committee on collection development policy relating to their area, and advice to the Librarian on other matters placed before them. |
