Ink painting of three boats of travellers at sea with calligraphy on the top and bottom. Painting of travellers in the sea. Three boats, each with several people. A king sits in one of the boats with a throne-like fixture, he holds a bow and his assistant a bag of arrows. He has fired an arrow which has hit a white bird. Calligraphy is Nastaliq script. Last line: The Western lands are a great key to learning and literacy. Has a gold floral window mount. Ink, pigment and gold, calligraphy on paper. 1 sheet. Dimensions: 440 x 320 mm.
