Advance to the Wenshoyi khel of Pangsha

B&W photographic print. 'Advance to the Wenshoyi khel of Pangsha; Major Williams with Gurkhas of the Assam Rifles. The platoon of 50 men, together with Mills and Haimendorf, was attacked by 500 Pangsha warriors an hour later. Five Pangsha men were killed, but the Column retired without loss.'
