This is the same person as in K.9, K.10 and K.11. The girl is called Pangchonglia and belongs to the Mongsen group. Mongsen and Chongli are two groups of the Ao, speaking their own dialect and following their own customs.
Pangchonglia wears the characteristic ear ornaments tongbang which are made of polished crystal or glass. Her necklaces are of large cornelian beads and trumped shaped brass part. She was married to Lamu who was probably on J. P. Mills' staff, so she would have known him. It looks at if the photographs were taken in Mills' garden at Mokokchung.
