'The Bonjugi Kuki (people) mainly live in the southern part of the Hill Tracts and are closely akin to the Pankho Kuki (people), often inhabiting the same villages, though speaking slightly different dialects. The Bonjugi men wear a narrow white waist cloth with a flap hanging down in front, and a narrow white band with embroidered ends around the head.
