Severne Majendie on son William's university entrance, from the Committee for United Prayer for Peace in Ede, Holland on Addis's call for mercy towards Germans, from Hayashi of the Japanese embassy in London with thanks for sympathy over the recent Japanese earthquake, from Liang Shih-yi of Hong Kong proposing a meeting in London, from the Commitee of the British Peace Award inviting Addis to judge the award and from Bishop Banister of Kiukiang on Bertrand Russell on China, 'He has done infinite harm to the intellectual and moral progress of China', 18 October 1924. Also damaged letter from 'Matilda Marker'.
