On to Wadelai forming a caravan route between Emin Pasha's province and Mombasa. 2nd caravan in 3 months to take over from Jackson etc. who then continue down coast by different route making surveys and treaties. Importance of making peace with Masai - arranging trading with them etc. Any firm opposition and caravan should re-route to meet Galla tribes.
