Enclosure letter to C.S. Leresche by J.M.H. of Jan 17th in press-copy form. Almost indecipherable, page numbering seems illogiaal; refers to C. of G. Bank involvement with the American railroad, and possibly to the two offers to buy mentioned in the Irvin letter. No comment in body of letter above as to its contents. Enclosure in envelope because of fragility.
