Many of the photographs feature Revs Cook and William Murray. Events include: induction of Rev. Tan Leng Tien by Chinese Presbytery, Tanjong Pagar, c.1915; farewells to Cook, 1924; the laying of the foundation-stones for Singapore Kindergarten (?Tras Street), December 1924, featuring Cook and General Sir Theodore Fraser speaking, and Perak Presbyterian Church featuring Mr A F Worthington; Tek-kha Church Farewell meeting, 1935. Groups include: Chinese Christian Church minstrels, Muar [c.1920]; Chinese Kindergarten Committee, 1924; Chinese Committee of Tanjong Pagar Girls' School; Malaya Field Committee 1933. Other church groups featured include: Serangoon (Tigers' Den), Bukit Timah, Muar, ?Katong and Siglap, Prinsep Street.
