Papers re a case brought by Dr W.W. Myers against William Campbell of the EP mission at the Consular Court, Tainan. William Campbell was ordered to pay 100 Mexican dollars to Dr Myers for attacking and aspersing Myer's "character and reputation." Also, papers relating to consular matters.
