Miscellaneous letters and papers

Letters, mainly original, from missionaries in Lingtung district with various papers. The letters describe the retreat of the Nationalists and their embarkation from Swatow, the Communist advance and the "liberation" of towns as well continuing mission work in difficult circumstances.
