Includes photographs of Amoy [Xiamen] Girls' School, missionary and church buildings, local congregations, Synod meetings, etc. Groups include: English Presbyterian, Reformed Church of America, and London Missionary Society missionaries; staff, pupils, and children of the Girls', "Baby Girls' House", Women's School, and Kindergarten, Amoy; Chinese family groups including Mr Kay (tutor in Theological College, Ku-lang-su), Pastor Pa-pek, Sip-a m-u, Lam-sin, Pastor Li Sinto, Chong-Hai. Events include: Synod meetings (including 1894); opening of "Hoai-jin" School, 1912. Churches and congregations include: Kio-Than; Sin-koe-a; Peh-chuia; E-mung-kang. Other places featured include: Chuan-chow [Quanzhou]; Chang-pu [Zhangpu]; Yung-chun [Yongchun]. Also includes: permit for Japanese travel for Georgina MacLagan, July 1897.
