scb_admin_history Carey Hall was established as a united missionary training college for traineee women missionaries of the Baptist Missionary Society and the Women's Missionary Association in 1912. It merged with St Andrew's Hall in 1966 to form St Andrew's Hall for male and female candidates of the Baptist Missionary Society; the Congregational Council for World Mission and the Presbyterian Church Overseas Missions.
