Admin history: Roedad Kahan was a senior Pakistani cvil servant and politician. He was born on 23 September 1923 to a Pathan family in the village of Mardan, North-West Frointer Province. He was educated at Forman Christian College and Aligarh Muslim University. He joined the Civil Services of Pakistan following Independence.
