Admin history: Gopal Das Khosla was born in Lahore on the 15th December 1901. He was educated at the University of Cambridge and Lincoln's Inn, London. Khosla was a judge and then Chief Justice. He authored a number of books, including an autobiography, a book on partition ('Stern Reckoning') and a work on Netaji. He died on 10th June 1996.
