The image, by drawing and collage, is of a zebra-striped odalisque under the rays of a stamp for the Freemason fraternity; the motif on her chest of a double Africa motif is one used during the 1990’s. Musa further explores the theme of black and white with many permutations in his accordion book Application Zebra (2012).
