Subjects: 1) The missionary Brethren avoid contact with the other missionaries but use Arthur’s medical services. 2) The coming of cooler autumn weather is an invigorating break between summer heat and severe winter cold. 3) The death of a missionary faith healer who declined medical help until too late, 4) The expected arrival of Hudson Taylor with a large party will entail use of hospital wards empty because of fear of a Japanese invasion for accommodation. 5) There is a lot of sickness and the small child of a missionary has died.
