Subjects: 1) The long awaited arrival of the Stookes brings parcels for Constance which she opens with delight. Only a packet of acid drops did not arrive in good order – but the sticky mess was appreciated by the small boys, 2) Constance describes her mending and other needlework for friends as well as herself, 3) Chores and nursing Mina fill her busy days.
