Admin history: Alice Lenshina (d.1978) was a Christian religious leader who founded the Lumpa Church in Zambia during the 1950s. Rev Dr Colin Morris (1929-) served the Methodist Missionary Society as a missionary in their Northern Rhodesia District from 1956 to 1964 and was elected the first President of the United Church of Zambia in 1965.
