Admin history: Rev Dr Henry Hudson (1864-1928) served the Wesleyan Methodist Missionary Society as a doctor and minister in Mannargudi, India, from 1889 until 1899. Dr Edward Charlton Hudson (d. 1976) served the Wesleyan Methodist Missionary Society as a doctor in their Bengal District of India from 1926 to 1931. He was the son of Henry Hudson.
