Ms Elizabeth Faith Stead (1887-1969) served the (Wesleyan) Methodist Missionary Society as a nurse and midwife in Nigeria from 1924 to 1953. Rev William T Groves (1880-1936) served the (Primitive) Methodist Missionary Society as a missionary in Nigeria from 1910 to 1935.
