Women performing a ritual at a Hindu temple
These women are pouring water on a famous image of Siva (the stone form on the floor) at the the Grishneshwar temple in Daulatabad, near Aurangabad. It is one of the 12 jyotirlingam temples dedicated to Siva in his form as a 'lingam of light.'
