Chenchus dancing to drums
This photograph shows a group of Chenchu women and one man dancing during a ceremony in which other men also danced. The drums (one is visible on the far left) are made of goat skin stretched over a hoop of tamarind wood. They are tapped with two sticks, one of bambo and one of a tamarind.
