Talo village
This is the Nyishi settlement of Talo, with its longhouses, smaller granaries and cleared land for cultivating grains and vegetables : talo is 10 kilometres and a four-hour walk from the Apatani valley : High in the surrounding mountains, Talo is where a government outpost was built in 1947.
