Logdrum at Longpha (Image number K.039, J.P. Mills Photographic Collection)
The log drum at Longpha, a village of the Chongli group. The drum, or more correctly, Iog-gong, is made of a huge hollowed out trunk and the front of it is carved to represent a face. It stands open to the elements, so presumably its drum house is being constructed.
