This may be a gathering to celebrate the end of The Great War of 1914-18, or the safe return of all the Nagas who volunteered to serve as carriers in that war. See also: PP MS 58 image number H.011. This photograph is probably not taken by J.P. Mills as it is not his handwriting on the back.
