A second file of papers relating to the Water Rights of the Taikoo Sugar Refinery was added to this box in 2018 and covers the period 1893-1956 There is some overlap with the file above, particularly in regards to the correspondence of 1893, but there are some important additions. Notably, this file includes copies of leases and agreements for the period 1882-1932 for property held at Quarry Bay and deeds relating to the supply of water dated 1910-1929
