31 Jul 1975 'The Chairman explained that in order to enable the Company to guarantee a proposed borrowing of £500,000 by the Company's parent Company Blyth Greene Jourdain & Co Ltd, from Industrial and Commercial Finance Corporation Ltd and to give security for such guarantee, it was proposed to alter the objects contained in the Company's Memorandum of Association to give it wider powers of guaranteeing the obligation sof others and giving security for such guarantee.'
