Green cloth cover, with 'dataday Appointment Diary 1979' printed on front cover. Diary also includes loose items (found inside cover), including: 'H. Canelo / List of objects left with John Sparks Limited' listing 20 objects; pages from a note page containing brief list of objects and their value (2 sheets); and 'Case Papers for [?] DACCh' [Diocesan Advisory Committee for Care of Churches], handwritten notes about architectural characteristics and organs of churches in Norwich, Pinner, and St Mary Martyr (1 sheet).
