Until September 1950 the meetings were called Field Quarterly Meetings and the minutes of meetings of December 1950 refer to the Japan Field Council. August 1949-Novemeber 1958. Includes Japan Evangelistic Band Articles of Incorporation (No. of Incorporation 5667) translated from the Japanese, approved by the Governor of Hyogo Prefecture 9th December 1952. Early minutes include discussion of whether to allow Japanese to join the Japan Evangelistic Band. Also minutes of the Board of Directors of the Bible School, Shioya, Tarumi Ku, Kore, Japan, 17th February 1950, with supporting correspondence and papers. Typed.
