Typed extract from an article on Robert Louis Stevenson entitled 'Tusitala: Memories of RLS' by Samuel Whitmee, from Outward Bound (1 f.), which comments on Stevenson's favourable attitude towards missionaries. Typed extracts from Vailima Letters, Nov 1890 - Jul 1893 (3 ff.) Lecture notes entitled 'Missions in the South Seas: - an address read before the Women's Missionary Association and members of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of New South Wales, at Sydney, March 18 1893', prepared by R.L. Stevenson but read for him as he could not be present.
