- journal (translated by E F Grenier and sent by him with covering letter 17 Sep 1827 ) of major 5-month tour of South Western and South Eastern Moluccan islands; on many islands latent Christianity dating back generations was revived by Kam's preaching and instruction, 900 baptisms and solemnisation of many marriages; in 1825 Kam's total baptized neared 2560 of whom over 750 were adults. |
