T McKenzie Fraser, Singapore (minister of Presbyterian Church, Singapore) - asks for the use of the chapel and grounds for Presbyterian church serving presbyterian settlers and 'Scottish sailors of the Indian Archipelago who flock to this port in great numbers'; hopes eventually he may further mission to Chinese inhabitants. Premises accupied at that time by Church of England as the Residency Chapel until their handsome Church complete in 'upwards of two years'.
Benjamin Keasberry (Mount Zion, Singapore) - supports the object of the above letter which he encloses with his; he will need legal title documents and power of attorney.
