Mr and Mrs Kempton's arrival. Mr and Mrs Elliot arrived last month. Living at Le Resouvenir. Mr Elliot, who is 'much liked by the Whites', refrains from interfering with management of the enslaved peoples. Reports disturbance on largest plantation in Colony.
