Richard Elliott, preaches on estates to enslaved Africans, and in Scarborough town; wishes to be joined by wife; also visits Chinese and Indians. Costs of missionary residence had caused both Moravians and Wesleyans to leave Tobago; Scotch Presbyterian society started which hired a place of worship and will give him salary.
