Includes discussion of the future of the hospital, specifically the tri-partite negotiations held between the LMS, Chief Tshekedi Khama and the office of the Director of Medical Services, Bechuanaland Protectorate, over the possible transfer of ownership to the Tribe or the Government. Also discussion of future placement of LMS nurses, Miss Wenyon and Miss Bloomfield, and schemes for medical work at Dombodema and Shangani Reserve. Correspondents include Rev A. J. Haile (LMS missionary, Africa, 1914-1954), Miss Winifred Phyllis Wenyon (LMS missionary, Africa, 1947-1968) and Miss Gwendoline Bloomfield (LMS missionary, Africa, 1947-1971). Includes minutes of the Africa Sub-Committee and the South Africa Mission Council Executive.
