Admin history: A smaller oil-drive ship, with sails, the John Williams V was bought by the London Missionary Society in 1930. She was based on Suva, Fiji. She served through World War 2, but visiting the Ellice Islands was attacked and damaged. She was later taken over for use as a government hospital ship.
Arrangement: Arrangement as found when in use by the London Missionary Society, with a running number sequence annotated on the reverse of the plans.
