Summary: Journal of Aaron Buzacott, March - July 1842, describing his voyage in the Camden, visiting various islands en route to Sydney from Rarotonga. Places they landed included Aitutake, Atui, Savage Island [Niue], Manua, Tutuila, Savaii, Upolu, Rotumah [Rotuma], Tanna, Niua, Anatom, Isle of Pines and Tuaauru where they visited the native teachers already in residence, and stationed new teachers. At Samoa, Thomas Slatyer, his wife [Amelia Slatyer nee Amelia Anstie]and child boarded the boat to be taken to Sydney. Journal has been edited in pencil.
