| Admin history: | Clara Mennell joined the Algiers Mission Band in around 1911 and worked under Lilias Trotter in Algiers and other places. During World War 2 she returned to England to complete her nurse training. She returned to Algeria to marry a missionary, James Robb. They were married at Dar Naama on 3 March 1919. They worked together in North Africa until about 1928. |
