Summary: Notes on Chinese poets and critiques of their poems. One of a few known copies in Europe of a Gozan-ban, or 'Five Mountains edition', referring to Zen monasteries of medieval Kyoto, where such books were produced. A handwritten note at the end mentions that annotations in red ink throughout the work were added in Meitoku 2 (1391 CE), which indicates a terminal date for its publication.
